Privacy Policy

Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number (if given), law firm name, firm size, service interest, and message. We do not collect this information through any other means on this site, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and, if you opt in, send occasional IT tips and legal-technology updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, for active clients, for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@connecticutmanagedit.com.
Client data during engagements
For active managed IT clients, any access to systems or data is limited to what’s necessary to deliver the contracted services, and is handled with the confidentiality that legal-industry engagements require, including awareness of attorney–client privilege considerations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting info@connecticutmanagedit.com.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in how the site operates. The effective date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
